NOTICE OF AUCTION
On Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 11:00 A.M., an auction of the property of Four Seasons will be conducted. In addition any items consigned to Four Seasons which have not been picked up prior to the auction will be auctioned. The doors will open at 9:00 A.M. for inspection of the property being auctioned. Items may be auctioned in lots or individually at the discretion of the auctioneer. All items will be sold “As IS” without express warranty or any implied warranty, including but not limited to warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. All successful bidders will be required to pay in cash. No checks, debit cards, or credit cards will be accepted. All items must be removed from the premises on the day of the auction. Be prepared to do your own loading.

NOTICE TO CONSIGNORS
Some consignors who do not want to have their items auctioned have not yet retrieved their property. They will have one more chance to retrieve their property between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 10:45 A.M on Saturday May 7, 2016, prior to the auction. Any remaining consigned propriety will be sold as stated in the Notice of Auction. All sums due for the delivery of the consigned property to Four Seasons, plus the commission and other charges set forth on the Consignment Agreement will be deducted from the proceeds. The net sales proceeds will be paid to the Consignor upon approval by the Court.

All persons who know or suspect that they have still have consigned goods at Four Seasons that did not sell at an auction must pick up their goods from Four Seasons on Saturday April 30, 2016. Four Seasons does not have any employees. It is uncertain whether Four Seasons will be able to obtain any casual laborers to assist in finding and loading consignors’ property. Therefore all consignors need to make sure that they have sufficient help to handle their property.
Consignors will be required to provide a copy of their consignment agreement and a list of the property which was originally consigned. Consignors will also need to bring a picture id, preferably a driver’s license. If the person retrieving the goods is not the person who consigned the goods, the consignor needs to contact the Receiver and arrange for proper written authority to be provided to the Receiver authorizing the person who will pick up the consigned goods. If a consignor is unable to pick up his goods on April 30, 2016, the consignor must contact the Receiver at the email address above to make other arrangements. A fee of $50 may be charged. Any goods remaining at Four Seasons after April 30, 2016 are subject to being auctioned with the property of Four Seasons at any time after April 30, 2016.

**Please note, the Court has entered an amendment to its original Order. All proofs of claim must be filed with the court on the approved Proof of Claim Form. The deadline for filing any claims is May 16, 2016. Please also mail a copy to the Receiver along with documents which support your claims or a copy may be sent to the email@example.com email address. Please reference “Four Seasons” in the subject line to facilitate tracking of emails. Please allow a few days for the receipt to be confirmed by email.

If you previously submitted a claim to the receiver without filing with the Court, you must file the Proof of Claim with the Court and mail a copy to the Receiver.

Any person who believes they have consigned goods that are still at Four Seasons needs to mail a copy of the consignment agreement with a list of the goods to the Receiver. A copy should be sent to the firstname.lastname@example.org email address and “Four Seasons” should be in the subject line. Please allow a few days for the receipt to be confirmed by email. This communication should be made immediately.
For vehicle owners especially who believe that their vehicle is still at Four Seasons, please follow the procedure in the preceding paragraph.
We anticipate having one or more auctions over the next two months. Notices will be posted on the website. There is no auction this weekend.
Please understand that the process of handling the claims and other issues will take time. You will be notified when action is being proposed. Please do not call or write the Receiver inquiring as to the status of your claim. No action will be taken on the claims until after the deadline. As the Order says, a hearing on the payment of claims will be scheduled after the expiration of the claims deadline.
Four Seasons no longer has any permanent employees or help. However, we expect that they will be assisting the Receiver when they are available
